In recent years, attorneys and judges have taken assertive action to create processes that help people resolve family law issues without undue expense and unnecessary court intervention. One of the most recent advances in this arena is Early Neutral Evaluation (ENE).
There are two types of ENE processes: Social Early Neutral Evaluation (SENE), which addresses parenting issues; and Financial Early Neutral Evaluation (FENE), which addresses the financial issues of divorce including spousal maintenance and property division. Both processes are voluntary and confidential.
The ENE process has proven to be very successful in helping clients reach settlement on some or all issues.
Kristi has completed training in both Social and Financial Early Neutral Evaluation and she is a qualified FENE and SENE under Minnesota Supreme Court Rule 114.
